Your Obligation to Us
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required before any booking is made, and the balance should be paid with cash or credit card the day you start your safari or the day we pick you from the airport. (All transactions fees are incurred by the client). Deposit payment will be required through Wire Transfer or online payment to our company account.
Full payment should be made for bookings made less than 10 days before the commencement of the tour. Payment via credit or debit cards (American Express, Visas, Master Card) attracts 6% or below transaction charges, payments via Pay pal attracts a 7% transaction charge, Direct Banking attracts 3% of transaction charges.
Dhahabu Tours and Safaris reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due, in which case cancellation charges will apply. Cost of the Safari state prices per person and are based on double occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
If you are a no-show, if you cancel your day tour/ trip or safari after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, you will not receive any refund for any unused portion of your trip. There is no right to a refund for any unused services:
I. 30 – 60 days and over – Full refund less 20% administration fee
II. 15 – 29 days – 30% of the tour price
III. 14 – 7 days – 50% of the tour price
IV. Less than 6 days and no show – No refunds
Any money paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses and administrative costs.
