Depart from Kampala in the morning and drive for 4-5 hours (360 kilometers) to Murchison Falls National Park. The drive takes you through the historical Luwero triangle enjoying the sceneries and lunch break in Masindi town. Arrive at your choice of lodging in time for lunch and check in. After lunch, you will an afternoon Boat Ride up the Nile River to the most powerful falls in the world. You are also bound to see lots of wildlife, primates and reptiles along the river and on the shore. A variety of birds like fish eagles, cormorants, herons, kingfishers among others may be seen. The sight of the falls is rewarding and breathe taking.

Early morning game drive across the savanna, along Lake Albert Delta. You will see abundant wildlife as the sun rises. Murchison Falls National Park offers a variety of game including elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, hartebeests, giraffes, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeest, Waterbuck, Oribi, Bushbuck, antelopes, Bohor reedbuck, hyena; and if you are lucky, you can also see the leopard in the trees though they are shy. Head back to the lodge for breakfast and departure to Kampala. En-route we stop at the top of the falls where you will get a great sense from above – It is an awesome sight and experience. You will stop for lunch and then back on the road for a late afternoon arrival in Kampala.
