Nairobi National Park, known as “The World’s Wildlife Capital”, is the only National Park in the world located within a city. Located just a few minutes from the CBD, it is home to a variety of animals including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, baboon, zebra giraffes and diverse bird-life with over 400 species recorded. The skyscrapers of Nairobi can be viewed from park, and it is a breathtaking view you would not want to miss! The park also has picnic sites, three campsites and the walking trails for hikers.
Pick up from Nairobi (hotel) at 0600hrs in the morning and proceed to Nairobi National Park. This park is in the heart of Nairobi City and contains most of the animals to be seen on more extended safaris such as the black rhino, lion, buffalo, hippo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe and plenty of antelopes and gazelles.
