Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) a Dhahabu Representative will welcome you and you will be chauffeured to your hotel at House of Waine.

After breakfast you will head to the Giraffe Centre where you will have the opportunity to feed the endangered Rothschild giraffe. After lunch, you will be driven to Wilson Airport for your afternoon scheduled flight to Maasai Mara, flying over the Great Rift Valley to the famous Maasai Mara. This is the real Africa you have always imagined, home to astonishing number of animals, the umbrella shaped trees and the beautiful sun set. Upon arrival have a siesta before embarking on an afternoon game drive.

Awake to a cup of Kenyan coffee, tea or a cup of hot chocolate before you depart for a romantic hot air balloon (depending on the weather). This is a once in a life time experience. There are breath taking views of the winding Mara River filled with hippos and crocodiles and the wild animals dotting the Mara planes. Once you step, out, Champagne breakfast awaits you in the wild and afterwards a short game drive en route back to the camp. This afternoon is left at your leisure either at the camp or an afternoon game drive. A candle lit dinner for two is served on your tent’s deck in the evening.

Today you have the choice of sleeping or taking a morning game drive. In the Afternoon, you will first visit a Maasai village and then make a choice between a bush walk and a game drive. The day ends with a sundowner just for you at the banks of the Mara River. Here you watch the yawning hippos, and enjoy the orange African sunset.

Fly from Maasai Mara and connect to your afternoon flight to Mombasa, the perfect destination to relax under the tropical sun, white beaches, and the coconut palm trees. Here you have lots of options like visit the National Museum, Fort Jesus, sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, visit the Marine Parks, the narrow streets of Old Town, Fort Jesus, participating in the various water sports, snorkeling, touring Mombasa town as well as shopping.
