Above the shores of Lake Naivasha set in a private 18,000 acre wildlife conservancy Chui Lodge, Kenya’s safari luxury lodge, is a veritable oasis in the dry escarpment country of the Rift Valley. Chui Lodge is built from simple bush stone, local Acacia, Olive and Leleshwa woods with a twisted marula roof. There are 8 en suite individual and well-spaced luxurious cottages each with its own veranda and views of the Rift Valley escarpment and the Sanctuary. The bedrooms have magnificent four poster king size olive wood beds, roaring log fires, artistically decorated artwork and hand crafted furniture made in our onsite workshop. A short walk from the main building and cottages is a heated swimming pool with views across the waterhole and the conservancy beyond. Catering features an array of international cuisine with many ingredients being sourced locally including vegetables, fruits and dairy products from our own farm. A tepinyaki hot plate caters for those who would like something different. In their continuing quest for sustainable conservation and sensible environmental management all electricity used at Chui Lodge comes from the geothermal power station at Oserian Flowers.


Elsamere House is the former home of the late Joy Adamson who, together with her husband George, world famous for their pioneering conservation work and relationship with the lioness Elsa, as told in her best-selling book and subsequent film, ‘Born Free’. Elsamere Lodge provides accommodation for 15-18 people in cottages set in the gardens around the main house. Adjoining it are the teaching rooms for schoolchildren to come and learn about conservation. Elsamere Lodge has its own jetty and boats. Elsamere house itself is traditional and while it may not be as modern as the alternatives it makes up for this in atmosphere and intimacy. Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp is located on the shores of a fresh water lake in Kenya about a 90 minutes leisure drive North West of Nairobi, outside the town of Naivasha along Moi South road. The name derives from the local Maasai name Nai'posha, meaning "rough water" because of the sudden storms which can arise. Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp is constructed using canvas; all tents have en-suit bathrooms with hot and cold running water with flushing toilets. The Malewa Wildlife Lodge is located in the 3500 acres of Kigio Wildlife Conservancy, and is sandwiched between Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru National Park near Gilgil town. Sanctuary Farm is a family run dairy & horse stud farm, abundant game situated in Lake Naivasha, 95km from Nairobi. A place where one can be as social or as private as one wants to be. Sanctuary Farm House Guest Home Lake Naivasha is the perfect place to relax, ride, walk and cycle in a safe private environment, whilst enjoying the numerous species of wildlife and world class bird life that are protected on the farm. They have converted a stable yard into ten beautifully and originally designed contemporary rooms. The Kigio Wildlife Lodge is a haven of tranquility located in the Great Rift Valley area of Kigio Wildlife Conservancy, close to Lake Naivasha and Nakuru near Gilgil. Situated on the edge of the Malewa River, this mid-range environmental friendly accommodation comprises of rustic cottages that house 12 suites, a lounge and dining area. The lodge overlooks a high red cliff that is home to a colony of bee-eaters and you can spend time on your East African trip watching them as they fly around looking for food and tending to their chicks.
